Ritual and Prayers
Or Shalom's Religious Life is based on two guiding principles: To serve as a vibrant center for the practice and teaching of Conservative Judaism; and to create a spiritual and social atmosphere in which congregants feel part of a larger synagogue family.
At the heart of Or Shalom lies our religious life. From Shabbat to holidays, to life's special events, we come together to celebrate and share as friends and family with common values and beliefs guided by Torah. Together as a community, we support the State of Israel as the center of the Jewish people.
Join us any Friday night or Saturday morning, or during our weekday Minyan services to experience the warmth and tradition of the Conservative Jewish service. Anyone is welcome to become part of the Or Shalom community.
